Warranty: Pre-authorisation of 300 Euro

To ensure maximum security and transparency during rental, Mia Medical requires a pre-authorisation of 300 euro on the credit card. This amount is not debited, but is temporarily 'frozen' and then automatically released when the device is returned. The prerequisite for there to be no extra charge for you is that the device is returned in the condition in which it was delivered on time!

Auxiliary Hire Conditions: Payment Methods

As far as depositing money is concerned, you have the choice to pay:

  • at cashdirectly upon delivery.
  • via PayPal o Credit Cardin advance.

These options are designed for flexibility and security in rental management!

Auxiliary Hire Conditions: Cancellation of Reservation

If you decide to cancel your reservation, you must do so at least 48 hours before of the start of the rental. Otherwise, a refund will not be possible.

Terms of Use of the Device

Hired devices must be used exclusively for the intended purposes e respect limits indicated in the product sheet on the site. So, please read the specifications provided carefully to ensure safe and effective use.

Medical Aids Rental Conditions: Contract and Timing

The contract of hire is binding and includes the dates and times scheduled for the return of the device. Should you realise that you will need your aid for a longer duration than was agreed, the rental is extendablebut must be communicated in advance. It is also important to know that, should you wish to return your device earlier than the predefined date, this is possible, but no reimbursement is provided for paid days not used.

Make sure you comply with what was agreed upon to avoid inconveniences.
